GENUINE JEWELRY

  • We offer fine jewelry with real gemstones in precious metal like gold, platinum and sterling silver. We do not sell man-made, laboratory-created, imitation, Moissanite, Chatham, other synthetic gemstones, cubic zirconia (CZ) or costume jewelry. We use only precious metals like real gold, platinum or sterling silver. We do not use pewter or low quality silver or any substitutes.

QUICK SHIPPING

  • We attempt to ship each order within 24 hours as soon as your order is processed and payment is authenticated. You will receive payment tracking details by e-mail immediately upon shipment.

FREE SHIPPING

  • We offer free shipping within Continental United States.

30 DAY RETURN

  • Each order comes with a 30 day return guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return within 30 days for a full refund. In order to maintain the quality of the merchandise we offer, your return must meet these requirements as described at the bottom of the page. We process most returns within 48 hours.

SALES TAX ON ORDERS SHIPPED IN TEXAS

  • We charge Texas Sales Tax on orders shipped within Texas because we have presence in Texas. We do not collect sales tax on orders shipped outside Texas. International taxes such as VAT may apply depending on the country of destination.

JEWELRY AUTHENTICITY CARD

  • Upon shipment of your order, we will e-mail electronic certificate of authenticity for your purchase. The certificate will state that your jewelry is authentic that contains no imitation metal or gemstones.

PRIVACY PROTECTION

  • We do not sell your account information. Period. We will honor the trust you put in us and guard your information with all of our abilities. We process your payment and related information with strong encryption to protect you. We also strictly follow our "No-Spam Policy". You will not receive any newsletters from us when you have clearly opted out of newsletter or other marketing e-mail communication.

RETURN REQUIREMENTS

  • • Your return must be received by us within 30 days from the original purchase date
    • Your return must be in its original condition. It cannot be tampered with, used or altered in any way
    • You will be responsible for delivering the return package securely. Insure your shipment appropriately.

    • The refund will exclude the shipping, handling and insurance charges as shown on the invoice or reasonably incurred if your order was shipped free. If your order was shipped free of shipping charges, the following will apply:
                If within the U.S., a standard charge just $4.99 will be deducted from the original invoice amount
               If shipped outside the U.S., the actual shipping charges as incurred will be deducted
